4 Months

We had our 4 month check up a couple of week ago and the Doctor say he is a healthily growing boy. What a blessing from God! Everyday you worry about so many things. Am I talking to him enough; am I holding him too much; is he getting enough to eat. The list goes on and on, but it is so reassuring when the Doctor tells you that your child is health and us as parents are going a great job. Lord knows, I pray daily for the parenting stills to keep my child a live. We truly are so thankful for Gage. He put a smile on my face everyday! Here are a couple of recent picture of our little man.

This is our family photo book. He loves it! It has a picture of everyone in our family. I am in the process of fining another, if anyone knows where I can fine one please comment. It needs to be one he can hold, chew, and throw. ha

A couple of weeks ago Gaines came to eat with us. We loved seeing him. Gage is 2 week younger that Gaines so they are going to be big buddies.

Cat Fight

This morning my child got up at 7 and we ate and played for an hour or so and than I put him back down. at about 9:45 he got back up and this is what he looked like.
At some point this morning, the little man broke a figure nail. When I looked at his hands I knew which one did the damage. Poor thing! He truly does look like he got in a cat fight. We have now cut them all to make sure next nap is a safe one!

Mommy Dressing Gage

For at least the next 2 years, mommy gets to dress Gage. I realize he is not always going to look this sweet, but I am going to make it last as long as I can. Ha ha. This is what he wear to church today and my fave are the shoes, which my sister-n-law gave him for Christmas. Thank you Aunt Kris! We love them!

Sugar Bowl Party at the O'Brien's

Last Monday our small group kick off a new year with a Sugar Bowl Party. To the left are some of us trying to see who is going to win the last quarter. If LSU scores Michael is saying he will win for the third time. Zach and Tim are saying they do not care who wins at this point as long as it is not Michael again.

The party was really fun. Thank you again Hailey for letting us use your house.

Breisch and I also want to thank you guys (the girls to the right) for the dinner you brought us after my surgery on Tuesday. The food and prayers were greatly appreciated. I am up and around today. I even went out to eat with my sister-in-law, Kristina. Getting out of the house today was good and well over due. Thanks again you guys, and I cannot wait to see you next week. Michael make sure your teacher knows what comes first!

2007 Weddings

A Year Full of New Beginnings

This year will be remember in detail for a life time. When Breisch and I got married last year, we had no idea what God had in store for us in the up coming year, but we were ready - SO we thought! On February 24, 2007, we got married (the best thing I ever did) and from there life seems like one big blur. Do not get me wrong it has been so much FUN, but it has been one year and it seems like we are just now able to catch our breath. God has bless us with many friends, and most of them all got married in the 2007 year. I can promise you if I was not at a wedding on the weekend, I was at a wedding shower. (See Below)
